how do i know my size?

LINX by lulu pieces are intended to fit snugly to achieve the modern stacked look. You can quickly measure your wrist by using a piece of string or ribbon. Wrap it around your wrist, snip it with scissors, measure the string/ribbon against a ruler, and then add .25 of an inch. For example, if your string measures 6.25 inches, add .25 of an inch and purchase a 6.5 inch (size small) bracelet. If you really want more space for comfort, add .50 or .75 to your string measurement.

are LINX by lulu gold bead bracelets real gold?

Yes! LINX by lulu only uses bright 14k gold-FILLED beads that will not tarnish. We call them worry-free because you can shower with them, do dishes with them, and sweat in them. Never take them off! Please be weary of gold-PLATED versions that are less expensive but will become brassy and lose their luster almost immediately.

what if my bracelet breaks?

We know that you’re going to love on your bracelets! We recommend keeping them on all the time rather than taking them off and on. LINX by lulu intentionally uses elastic rather than other stringing methods because elastic allows a seamless (no clasp) clean look. Although we use the highest quality elastic, there is a chance that with time, your bracelet will snap. But don’t forget, LINX by lulu are worry-free! Mail back your beads and we will re-string (or re-size) your piece for a small fee ($10 - $20).
